Modern Borefare, more like

Irrational has revealed Bioshock Infinite's official box art, and that colossal tearing noise is everybody on the internet ripping their underwear off and throwing it at the ceiling in protest. Go on, judge for yourself. The chap on the cover is leading man Booker DeWitt, and he's so cool he doesn't even need to look at burning American flags.... read more

Not at all. In fact, I think I'll slap a score on the end and send it to Metacritic.

Kudos +1 Itchy - you win da interwebz today my friend

I quite like the Box art - it could be better but it could also be far worse. At least being a ps3 owner i can get Bioshock 1 with it for free

As relatively trivial as the box art is can we start a petition against it?
Its so generic it actually hurts to look at.
Apologies to the artist, its a lovely image (not that they'll read this) but; gun across the shoulder, grumpy looking unshaven bloke, flying sparks?

Booring.

Just like the trailer; lots of generic, meaningless action and popular, totally unrelated and distracting music on top.

Double dose of boring.

If you count this post, its a triple dose of boring!

They already know they've got anyone who loved BioShock 1 salivating at the prospect of getting their hands on this. The generic imagery in the box art and trailer is to attract the kind of dumbass who buys a game based on how many explosions are in the trailer.
I don't get the appeal at all. Like what do they do... say something stupid then read the replies while they touch themselves? - Vampyre_Ghost on trolls.

I'm ridiculously amused by this.

I count...seven...maybe - is that more or less than Black Ops 2?

This just reminds me how much I need to finish BioShock 1...

That's completely absurd. I agree with this guy....

clearly the idiot that judges a game by its box art is the kind of fool that watches a porno for its plot and story telling.

I'd like to thank my parents, the creator of said generic cover art and the writing team for naming him Booker in the first place. I will use my interwebz only for good.

The sentiment holds true though. I'm excited for this as I loved Bioshock 1 & 2. Hopefully generic cover doesn't mean the game within will fall flat.

And as generic as it is, everyone knows cool guys don't look at explosions
