Publisher denies permanently banning players

Controversy continues to bubble around Halo 4's Crimson Map Pack DLC, which was subject to delayed release last week, then eventually made freely available on a trial basis due to what Microsoft terms "complications" with the "14 Day, Buy and Play" offer. Halo 4 is really not having a good run, which is a shame because I am thoroughly enjoying it.
