Yay to customisable squads. I'll be picking this up atm, keeping an eye on it at e3, but it all sounds good.
It's all in the game...

Looking good; I was worried at one point that this was just going to be a generic FPS with the XCOM name slapped on it. Definitely got my eye on this one.

I watched the game play trailer on xbl and it looks really good,i like that it's not a complete pause when you bring tactics wheel up,that will add to the tension,oh and i am a big fan of perma death.
