Largely underwhelmed by the look of the console, but I'm sure I'll get more excited when more information on specs, games and suchlike gets revealed over the coming months before its release in the autumn.
It has a disk drive! Firstly, thank goodness they didn't go with their 'downloads only' plan, and secondly, does this mean that the door is open for backwards-compatability?
The way of life is the posture of a tree; rigid trunk for structured and directed childhood, followed by open branches - life choices. Some branches take one higher than others, and some split many times. But never forget...Every branch bears a leaf.
It looks very good. Stylish, functional design not unlike the first Xbox. A little more sleek than that though. It is certainly a better 'looker' than the competition, though who really cares about the looks? It's all about the games and the functionality!
I like the name. Calling it Xbox One makes it sound fresh compared to Sony's PS4, which just sounds like an updated version of an older model. I wasn't too fussed about what it was going to look like, it's what's inside it that counts. Having said that, I do actually like the look of it. Was hoping for a price estimation, but suppose we can't have everything all at once.
