I don't care about anything else, just give me Oddworld, I need my precious. :cry:

Still, how hard would it be for Microsoft to allow self-publishing, but still police what gets put on the Xbox? Seems like a win-win to me.

Never close the door on those creative types. True, a fair proportion of the stuff they churn out is meh! But you never know when one of them is going to turn out the next huge surprise idea!

I'm all for it, just keep the rubbish on indie and arcade that we seem to get off the console. There is maybe 5 decent games on XBLA and INDIE sections from the last 7 years. The rest are just abysmal.

The indie section is garbage, but XBLA has plenty of great games.

There's actually a fair few good games for 80msp but they are hidden by a ton of minecraft and avatar game clones. Just to name a few;

Dead Pixels
Mount Your Friends
The early Zeeboyd games
Take Arms
Spyleaks

And if you're willing to part with 240 there's some other fairly decent RPGs and platformers to sink a good few hours into such as the mental Gateways and Aphelion games.

Well with the collaboration with Unity, I hope we can! That program is great for making indie titles.
