I believe it happens with a lot of Future subs mags, but sometimes it's a bit later depending on embargoes and stuff.

Agreed though, it's a great perk of subscribing. ;)

It does seem odd, but I once subscribed to Rhythm Magazine and they did the exact same thing.

It's the Bank Holiday that's to blame, probably - it messes with postage/printing schedules.
