Are we to presume that the 'kong' dog bone in the picture is what was previously sold on 'xbone.com' as I'm now quite curious as to what the domain offered.

Seriously he's bitching because some people want to call it the Xbone, you want to talk about all the work they put into the product sure, lets talk about how people, including Nelson, took all that hard work, and flushed it down the toilet with one of the most poorly handled product launches ever. The way the Xbox team have handled this is faaaar more disrespectul than any stupid nickname.

Xbox One - Xb'one - Xbone.
What did they think was going to happen?
It seems that Microsoft are even dumber than we imagined.

Hmmm, at least the official Xbox Twitter feed has a sense of humour - unlike the solemn Major Nelson.

It's funny, you know. People often try to give derogatory nicknames to things they don't like or agree with, which then become accepted as the actual name or widely used nickname. Examples include the Big Bang Theory (the actual theory, not the sitcom) and the Shard in London.

Doesn't always work though. They have yet to change the name of Eastenders to "Turn that crap off!" which is how I usually refer to it
