Best news ever. The first was one my favourite games ever and the most recent one was one of the best games this gen minus the boss fights. High hopes for this and a definite reason to upgrade to the next gen if I haven't already done so by release. Suppose it'll be years off yet though

Let Excitement (E)=0
If Deus Ex Sequel is announced let E=E+Infinity
E=Infinity

Basically, you could say that I am quite happy to hear this. :lol:

Probably 'hay you guys' I would have thought. Unless you meant the other sloth. I assume he's dead.

On the subject of Deus Ex, any news about the forthcoming Human Revolution Director's Cut? It's marked on GameFAQs as having a release date of 25th October, but I've heard very little about it.

Is that not a WiiU exclusive?

Nope. It's slated for Wii U, Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. They've delayed the Wii U version so they all come out simultaneously.

Cool didn't realise that. Might have to find out what's been added to the original

"Gameplay improvements, including remixed boss fights" is all I've been able to gather so far. Smartglass support is the major addition, aping the Wii U gamepad.

I did find an article with confirmation of the release date by a man called Anafossi, who is apparently the franchise head. I'm hoping that they don't make people buy the game all over again, some kind of cut-price downloadable update for owners of the original?

Great news. Being one of the only of my circle of friends who was able to see past the semi-bad bosses to experience the whole game, I'm very excited to hear there will be more!
