Dark Souls broke that part of me that gets annoyed at a lack of progress, for which I'm thankful as I can now play games that frustrated the hell out of me before.

I'm thinking the part of me that gets annoyed at not knowing what to do next will be broken by playing DS2 at launch. As long as there aren't areas like the graveyard that are too easy to wander into and get overwhelmed by enemies you can't possibly beat.
I don't get the appeal at all. Like what do they do... say something stupid then read the replies while they touch themselves? - Vampyre_Ghost on trolls.

I played around 150 hours of dark souls and not once did I encounter supersized enemies
sent by gravelord servants

Nope. It's actually a never ending story. Once you beat the last boss a screen comes up and says 'Level 2' and you carry on.
