What do we do with a sunken sailor?

There's always a man. There's always a city. There's always an array of pseudo-scientific spells that combine with an arsenal of period handcannons to create open-ended, raw-knuckled firefights. And there's always a bit of an ending twist that knocks the entire premise off-rail, for good or for ill.... read more

Doldrums? 7?

Ah I never understand numbering, it reads like it's not that good - is it worth my money Ed?

It's worth it if you just want to see more Rapture, and you enjoyed Infinite's combat. The plot is the only outright sucky thing.

I'll still be buying on Tuesday, but that's a disappointing bit of news. The locations and the combat were very enjoyable in all three Bioshock games, but the thing that made them shine the most was the story. There's a special place in my heart for tales of megalomaniacal despots in undersea settings. Oh well, two out of three will have to do.

I will probably purchase, if only to meet Sander again, but my thoughts are much like Mr Errors.

I've already bought the season pass back when Infinite launched, but disappointed to hear this isn't up to Irrational's usual standard.

I wonder if the magic has been ruined by Infinite's ending. After all as any magician will tell you, you can't keep doing the same trick once people have had it explained to them and that's exactly what Irrational did.

et before the events of the original Bioshock,

So how is it the little sisters are all identical again ala Bioshock 2, I remember someone stating that the book explained how they all started to resemble each other, however during Bioshock they did still look a little different.

Screwing up their own continuety there (guess they can just put it down to 'it's an alternative reality', though it's more likely easier just to re-use BS2's character models

Damn. Sadly for me, I was expecting more.

Maybe Bioshock needs a break, how about a System shock 3? :D

I personally don't think it was as strong as the first one, and the story was a bit pretentious at times with some stupid difficulty spikes. However it was still a brilliant game and well worth the £17 Amazon currently sell it for.

I think the rights are owned by an insurance company but I'd love to see a SS3. If it's made by the right people....Irrational that is. Or Warren Spector again.
I have given pleasure to the world because I have such a beautiful ass.
