If I plug my Xbox 360 into my Xbox One am I able to snap that while I play Xbox One games? It'll be useful for watching DVD's while I game.

Yes.


If every game has to be installed to the hard drive, couldn't you just play a disc in the x1 while you play a game?

The game disc has to stay in the XB1. Otherwise everyone would just copy the games!!
