ooh look, special treatment for the US, what a suprise

It's not like they're going to redub all the accents into British, so why's it still delayed here?

I guess it must be a shipping issue.

No region locking on One games though, so if you're that desperate you can't wait a week there's always Amazon. Of course there is a legal issue with trading US imports, so might work out better to wait.

If it's shipping issues then why not make it available to download from store on 22nd?

Stupidest reason but probably the truth? It hasn't occurred to anyone that that's an option.

They want it in stores on the same day it's available to download? Idk, but sounds like the most likely reason.

Although if you make it available for DL before retail you're likely to annoy retailers and those who can't download it.

Held back so we don't get it before the ps4 launch possibly? Maybe they want to reduce costs of shipping for the next gen ones by shipping together?

Confirmed now to be 29th For X1 - so not too bad for those waiting on this one. To be honest I have never even played a demo or a lego game let alone a full version of one. Are they actually any good?

Depends what you look for in a game. The Star Wars and Harry Potter ones were nicely satirical piss takes of the actual films, but with the Batman and now Marvel games they've done a light hearted take the franchises in general with original stories and are genuinely great fun games with some witty dialogue and great visual gags. Batman 2 can even hold its head up as a great sandbox.

Give the demo of Marvel a go, it's a pretty accurate example of what to expect and shouldn't take more than twenty minutes
